PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The proposed work includes demolition of wall finishes, carpet, ceiling substrate, doors and frames, wood soffit framing, ventilation ducts, lighting, conduit, conductor, swithces, J-boxes, fire alarm system, exterior water heater and enclosure, and miscellaneous items; removal of asbestos-sprayed acoustic ceiling; installation of new finishes including paint, carpet, suspended T-bar ceiling system, new doors and frames with hardware; installation of new wall with electrical outlets, insulation, gypsum board, new ceiling insulation; patching and repairing plaster ceiling; installation of new lighting, recessed and surface-types including switches, conduit and conductor; installation of new air supply and return ducts and registers to existing air handler unit, and temperature control devices; installation of new radio-type fire alarm system.
