Residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services: Concerns have the ability to provide residential CCC services for male and female Federal offenders in the Fairfax, Virginia area. Interested Offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Estimated number of mandays is 13,889 (11,111 males and 2,778 females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a May 6, 1995. Contract base period is two years, with three one year options to be exercised at an estimated 7,640 mandays (6,112 males and 1,528 females), 8,404 (6,723 males and 1,681 females) and 9,244 mandays (7,395 males and 1,849 females) for each option year respectively.
