The requirement is for an automated relative Humidity Generator and temperature calibration system capable of continuously supplying an accurately known relative humidity generation system. Air or some other gas, is saturated with water vapor at a given pressure (Ps) and at a temperature (T). The gas flows through an expansion valve where it is reduced to a new pressure (Pt). The percent relative humidity at the new (Pt) may then be expressed as a ratio of the two absolute pressures. The generation of a known relative humidity is dependent only upon the measurement of pressure and the maintenance of isothermal conditions. The humidity shall operate in either automatic or manual mode. A complete assembled, working system shall be delivered. The complete system shall be fully operational with no additional equipment required to perform a calibration and generate hard copy data in tabular and or graphic formats. Quantity is 1 ea with data, 5 yr warranty, with installation and training. Issue date of the solicitation will be approximately 24 Apr 95. Closing date will be approximately 24 May 95. FOB DEST.
