following notification has been received in Gatt document
TBT/Notification G/95.71 dated 13 March 1995. 1. Member to agreement
notifying: Netherlands if applicable. Name of local government involved
(articles 3.2 and 7.2): 2. Agemcy responsible: Ministry of Transport
and Public Works. 3. Notified under article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered
(HS or CCCN where applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS
numbers may be provided in addition where applicable): terminal
equipment (mobile station and base station) for the provision of a
radio communication link between aircraft and the public
telecommunication network. 5. Title and number of pages of the notified
document: Specification of technical requirements for peripheral/radio
equipment. Terrestral flight telephone system, operating in the
frequency bands 1670 mhz - 1675 mhz and 1800 mhz - 1805 mhz (9 pages).
6. Description of content: This draft includes the minimum
requirements with which the equipment must comply. The technical
specification shall cease to apply if the relevant European standards
come into being. 7. Objective and Rationale: The aim of this technical
specification is for equipment to be inspected by recognized test
institutions and approved by appropriate bodies. 8. Relevant Documents:
