The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit competitively for a system which can monitor the electromagnetic signal environment for the purpose of verification and validation of ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) simulation signals. Brand name or equal solicitations are sought from Andrew SciComm Inc. and Condor Systems. The system shall be used for simulator validation in the electromagnetic environment. The system must be capable of analyizng advanced threats by deinterleaving complicated pulse trains, verifying scan patterns, such as raster, conical scans, circular, etc. The system must also be capable of accurately measuring emitter power. The items shall not require non-recurring engineering and will be off-the-shelf products to satisfy the simulator validation requirements for the Air Force.
