to issue a Request for Offer (RFO) for Offerors are to provide a hot
wire anemometry system for in- flight measurements of boundary layer
velocities. The basic system shall consist of constant voltage
amemometrycircuit cards in a ruggedized PCI based system. The operation
of the amemometry system shall be automated to allow for groun
configuration prior to in-flight amemometry and data collec tion. The
system shall have a good signal to noise ratio at bandwidths of 20KHz,
minimal cable capacitance effects and be insensitive to environmental
noise such as EMI and RFI signals. This procurement is being conducted
under the NASA/MSFC MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office
of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993 -- Request for copies

on or about 15 days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily
