Work consists of removing subgrade for paving areas; removing existing asphalt where aspalt will be replaced; installing aggregate base course and asphaltic pavement to include place/compact asphaltic concrete pavement; placing prime and tack coats; and, pavment marking. This procurement is being considered for 100% set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of notice in the Commerce Business Daily, indicate interest by providing evidence of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern to the Contracting Office above. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
