The project consists of a metal building addition of approximately 3000 S.F. of interior renovations, including, but not limited to the following: demolition of partitions, ceilings, architectural finishes, doors and windows and replacement with new components as indicated on the drawings. Existing HVAC equipment, piping and ductwork will be reworked to the extent indicated on the drawings, as will existing electric service; lighting and distribution. In addition, a truck loading/unloading area will be constructed. Estimated contract performance period is 270 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. This solicitation is being considered for 100% set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
