Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform routine Dockside Vessel Maintenance including but not limited to the following minimun items 1. remove, inspect, reinstall propulsionshaft 2. renew water lubricated propeller shaft bearing 3. inspect/ repack MDE exhaust flapper valves 4. overhaul/renew test valves 5. inspect/overhaul duplex sea strainers 6. remove/reinstall rudder/overhaul streering gear components 7. renew rudder bearings 8. overhaul stablizing fins 9. clean/inspect diesel fuel tanks 10. coating system thickness measurements 11. clean/inspect sewage/grey water collection holding tanks 12. preserve potable water tank 3-14-2-W (850 gallons) 13. inspect/maintain cathodic protection system 14. renew main engine exhaust capastic fairing (100 sq feet) 15. provide breakfast, lunch, supper, temporary berthing 16. temporary logistics 17. routine drydocking 18. fabricate/install bronze sleeves in various shaft packing areas 19. install fuel tank vent goosenecks/ inverted check valves 20. prepare/prime weather deck surface 21. sanblast diesel fuel tanks 22. blast/prime bulwark/ steel deck surfaces 23. rebew floating deck/shower stall panels, etc. Indefinite Items include, but not limited to the following: 1. welding repairs 2. straighten/repair propeller shaft 3. underwater appendage preservation 4. preserve sewage/grey water collection/holding grey water collection and holding tanks(s) 5. renew reference electrode/cathodic anode/capastatic fairing 6. ultrasonic testing, etc. The place of performance of the work covered by the solicitation is not restricted. There will be a non-refundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified money order or check made payable to the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD for requested drawings. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual purposes can be made.
