Provide all Labor, materials, equipment and supplies as required for completion to clean and paint all interior and exterior surfaces of the existing 30,000 gallon elevated water storage tank and the 250,000 gallon ground level water storage tank. Both tanks must be sandblasted on all surfaces to remove any existing coatings and rust or scale material. Repairs as required must be made to any tank surfaces to restore the integrity of the tank. All surfaces must then be repainted as required to meet the requirements for potable Water storage tanks.
