This procurement is for management assistance to the Construction Productivity Advancement Research (CPAR) Program. CPAR is an innovative cost-shared, collabotative research, development, demonstration and commercialization/technology transfer effort between the U.S. construction industry and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contractor will provide support of the CPAR General Manager in two areas; Program Execution, Monitoring and Technology Transfer; and Fiscal year CPAR Program Development. All request for proposals must be in writing and reference RFP No. DACW72-95-R-0003. The proposed procurement is a 100-percent Small Business Set-Aside.
