EVONICK, (360)476-7265 The Government intends to exchange 1,500,000 gallons of Fuel Oil, Recovered (FOR), for an equivalent value of Diesel Fuel, Marine (DFM) F-76. The FOR located at U S Navy Fuel Department, Manchester, WA is suitable for boiler fuel, and meets MIL-F-24951 specifications. The contractor provided DFM shall meet or exceed MIL-F-24951 requirements. Delivery of F-76 fuel may be made at one of the various Navy terminals. Solicitation will contain an independent lab analysis of oil samples. Delivery/Exchange - 30 days after contract award. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound. Telephone requests will not be honored.
