The Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate, Ft Belvoir, VA is conducting a world wide market survey of vendors who shall provide the U.S. Army with Standard Advanced Dewar Assembly (SADA II, Non-OI) that meet the requirements of the development specification B2-A3190640. The SADA II, Non-OI must be a non-developmental item and must mate with the One Watt Linear Drive Cooler. Vendors must have a broad experience in the field of Focal Plane Arrays, dewars and command and control electronics as well as adequate fabrication and test facilities to warrant pre-production testing and limited procurement of SADA II, Non-OI units. For consideration, each of the above elements must be individually addressed by all respondents. Data to include prior testing of the SADA II, Non-OI unit must be furnished to support responsiveness to the non-developmental effort. The Government will provide for pre-production testing and resultant acquisition of the SADA II, Non-OI. (093)
