Interested parties are invited to identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. Responses should be sumitted within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice and should contain price quotations and convincing documentation indicating that it is advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered, to consider sources other than the GSA schedule contract identified above. A request for a solicitation document will not be considered an affirmative response to this notice. All affirmative written responses will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis is intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative written reponses are received with the fifteen (15) day period, an order will be place with AT&T Federal Markets Group from the GSA schedule contract GS00K95AGS0530. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice. Interested firms may request the solicitation document but such requests will not be considered an affirmative response with regard to the Government's determination to procure under a GSA schedulel contract.
