C -- ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES, MULTI-DISCIPLINARY Sol. F04626-95-R0009. Contact Point, Mick Rowe, Contracting Officer, 707-424-2822. Two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer Contracts for Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Services. Work includes site investigation, technical studies and preparation of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, performance schedules and other required project documents in support of design activities. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression and hazardous material abatement planning. Respondents must be able to provide finished drawings on electronic media in AutoCad Intergraph format. The construction cost range will be cited on each Delivery Order issued against the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Travis AFB, California. A minimum fee of $5,000.00 guaranteed. Each Delivery Order issued against the contract will not exceed $299,000.00. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with one 12 month option period. The aggregate sum of the contract shall not exeed $750,000.00. Two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Architect-Engineer Contracts may be awarded from this single selection process. Criteria which will be used for selecting firms, in declining order of preference is as follows: (1) Experience in work of this nature; (2) Professional qualifications; (3) Past Experience; (4) Distance of office from Travis AFB, California, (5) Capacity of the firm to do the prescribed work in the required time; (6) Volume of work previously awarded. Respondents must be prepared to deal with surveys and abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials encountered during design and construction. The site is in Seismic Zone 4. Respondents may be required to provie examples of the completed projects and references during the selection process. Responses and submittals must be made within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice. Submissions of Standard Forms 254 and 255 are required.
