Pocket shall have 1-1/2'' x 4-1/2'' poly-covered window located 2'' from left edge and 4-3/4'' from bottom. Composite die is required. Estimated usage during the contract period is 1000 thousand. Contract prices will be adjusted periodically during the contract period in accordance with the Economic Price Adjustment clause. Deliveries shall be made FOB destination to UNICOR, One Kettle River Rd., Sandstone, MN 55072. Deliveries are required to be made within 60 days after receipt of initial delivery order, then within 30 days after receipt of subsequent delivery orders.
