The project site is located on the north side of the Sterling Highway at approximately mile 52.3, approximately 105 miles from Anchorage, AK and 43 miles from Soldotna, AK. It is anticipated that the solicitation documents will be issued on or about April 18, 1995. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a 100% set-aside for Labor Surplus Area Concerns.
