This is a request for Comment. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for mail consolidation services for its international mail at its three regional offices which are located in Reston, Virginia; Denver, Colorado; and Menlo Park, California. The contractor shall provide pick up, processing, consolidating and shipping of international mail. Contractors shall be required to process all mail within twenty-four (24) hours of its receipt. The draft document will be available in paper copy after April 17, 1995, by request to: Annamaria Ashworth, U.S. Geological Survey, 205B National Center, Reston, VA 22092. Comments should be received at the same address by the close of business on May 17, 1995. Requests shall be in writing (phone requests will not be honored).
