The nature of these services will be to support the development of PROTOTYPES in various operations associated with the cutting, shearing, machining, forming, welding, drilling, heat treating, plating, surface finishing, or any other associated operation to ensure conformance to preliminary drawings/specifications. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated. The estimated level of effort is to be approximately 21,000 manhours per annum. A one year base period with four one year option periods is anticipated. The evaluation scheme will be based on Greatest Value with technical considerations being considered more important than cost. This is a first time procurement and is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractors performance site must not exceed two (2) hours one-way surface travel from NAWC Indianapolis.
