Residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services area: Concerns have the ability to provide residential CCC services for male and female Federal offenders within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Richmond, Virginia area. Interested Offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, presciptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Estimated number of mandays is 10,965 8,772 males, 2,193 females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a May 6, 1995. Contract base period is two years, with three one year options to be exercised at an estimated 6,031 mandays (4,825 males, 1,206 females), 6,635 mandays (5,308 males, 1,327 females), and 7,299 mandays (5,839 males, 1,460 females) for each option year respectively.
