Concerns having the ability for providiing a Comprehensive Sanctions Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. Three programmatic components will be required, (Pre-Release Component, Community Correction Component, and Home Confinement Component). These components and services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be within Mercer, Camden, Burlingtion, Gloucester and Atlantic Counties of New Jersey. Estimated total number of mandays is 18,250 (13,140 males and 5,110 females) for the 24 month base period with three one year options. 9,581 mandays (6,898 males and 2,683 females for option period 1; 10,060 mandays (7,243 males and 2,817 females) for option period 2; 10,563 mandays (7,605 males and 2,958 females) for option period 3. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a May 1, 1995, estimated closing date is o/a June 28, 1995. Contract base period is 24 months with three one year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All Responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
