Requirements type contract - Cleaner/Degreaser to be used with steam bays for cleaning tanks, trucks, and other related military vechicles. Cleaner/Degreaser shall be in accordance with the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA). Estimated annual quantity 9,240 gallons to be delivered to Fort Knox, Kentucky. The degreaser shall be a ''ready to use'' product and have a pH value between 10.0 and 12.5. Contract period 1 June 1995 through 31 May 1996.
