SOURCES ARE BEING SOUGHT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A SOFTWARE product to administer the task of Software Configuration Management. The product should be capable of handling Software Change Control functions, Software Problem Reporting functions and should provide for the collection and storage of Software Metrics. The product should have a GUI interface and be capable of running on an Open System Architecture. The product should be tailorable by a non-database programmer, should be easy to change and should provide for a quick start-up capability. The system should be capable of handling software generation of configuration items controlled. The product should facilitate the building of reports with ease. Contractors are requested to provide written information to include descriptions, specification sheets and any other information which would identify your products capability to meet the needs listed above.
