Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to construct this shelter. This shelter will be erected on Government leased property five miles east of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and the shelter shall be completed 20 working days after a notice of proceed has been issued. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the U.S. Customs Service.
