This solicitation invites proposals for an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract for Postal Retail Stores and Lobby Upgrades throughout postal facilities in Atlanta, GA; Athens, GA; and Gainesville, GA. Proposal amount will be in the form of a multiplier to be applied against a unit price schedule for future work orders. The Postal Service anticipates making multiple awards under this contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial contract amount of $2,500,000 applies to each of the contracts that may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The contract may be increase up to $5,000,000 by modification and appropriate increase in surety. No individual work order shall exceed $500,000. A Preproposal Conference is scheduled for April 17, 1995, 1:00 PM, at the Atlanta Facilities Service Office. All interested offerors are strongly encouraged to attend this conference.
