The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to solicit and negotiate with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for MetroPool Services to provide Metrorail Farecards and Metrobus Tokens to BEP employees pursuant to Public Law 101-509. WMATA is the only source capable of providing the required services because it is sole controller of Metrorail and Metrobus media used in the public transportation system of the Washington, D. C.
