Y -- PUMPING SYSTEM INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, AND STORAGE, PLACER COUNTY WATER AGENCY, AMERICAN RIVER DIVISION, CENTRAL VALLEY PROJECT, CALIFORNIA Sol 5-SI-20-03360. Due 052395. Installation of the system: (1) Removing sediment from the pumping plant sump (approximately 550 ft3); (2) Dredging sediment from the intake channel to the pumping plant (approximately 2,000 ft3); (3) Placing embankment and bedding for the pipeline (approximately 2,400 yd3 embankment and 500 yd3 bedding); (4) Constructing access road to the pumping plant (approximately 550 feet long); (5) Fabricating and installing trash screen (approximately 60 feet long by 4 foot depth) at the turnout for the intake channel to the pumping plant; (6) Installing four Government-furnished vertical-shaft puming units; (7) Installing Government-furnished steel pipe (1150 feet of 36-inch diamater steel pipe), valves, and accessories, removing and storing pipe caps and plywood covers for the pumping plant intake; (8) Installing Government-furnished catwalk, staircase, and miscellaneous equipment. b. Removal and storage of the system: (1) Removing and storing four pumping units; (2) Removing and storing pipe, valves, and accessories; (3) Removing and storing catwalk, staircase, chain-link fence fabric and miscellaneous equipment; (4) Reinstalling pipe caps and plywood cover for the pumping plant intake; (5) Removing and storing the trash screen at the turnout for the intake channel for the pumping plant. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including as to whether small, large, minority-owned and/or woman-owned. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The small business size standard for a concern, including its affiliates, is not to exceed $17 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years.
