The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order modification against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with ORBIT/Questel, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by Department of Energy, Washington, DC. ORBIT/Questel provides online access to scientific, technical, chemical, and patent information from over 80 databases. Orbit offers the most comprehensive collection of patent databases available online and is a leading provider of materials, energy, chemical and environmental files, many exclusively available on ORBIT. ORBIT provides full service gateways to the Official Airlines Guide (OAG) and World Patents Index - Markush (WPIM). Service will be continued through September 30, 1995. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
