J -- ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE FLIR SYSTEMS DUAL BAND IMAGING RADIOMETER (DBIR) SOL N00167-95-R-0070 POC Shawnee J. Shaw (301)227-3451. The purpose of the proposed acquisition is for the provision of engineering and technical services in connection with maintenance, repair, calibration, upgrading, and otherwise support the operation of a Flir Systems Inc Dual Band Imaging Radiometer (DBIR). The DBIR was custom made by Flir Systems, Inc. to interface with a Deployable Signature Measurement System. The proposed Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Completion type contract will have a period of performance of five years. The proposed contractor is Flir Systems, Inc., 1605 SW 72nd Ave, Portland, OR 97224. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 30 April 1995, with receipt of proposals due 30 days thereafter. See Note 22. (0088)
