DITCO-Europe intends to purchase a new Lodging Facility Telecommunications System (LFTS), including hotel/motel accounting and management features, for Rhein Main AB Billeting in Germany. The contractor has to Engineer, Furnish, Install, Test and Maintain (EFIT&M) the LFTS. The Rhein-Main Billeting office requires a LFTS consisting of all new equipment including the host-nation approval (HNA) and connection approved (CA) basic digital switching systems, attendant consoles, administrative terminals, subscriber line circuit equipment, trunk circuit equipment, distribution frames, house wire, customer premise equipment, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), outside cable (black) plant, and all other ancillary hotel/motel equipment and software necessary to provide service for a complete telecommunication system. These requirements include installation and follow- on maintenance. The contractor shall provide training in English and the training classes for the LFTS shall be conducted at Rhein Main AB Germany.
