The Air Force Development and Test Center(AFDTC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Microdyne Corp, 491 Oak Rd, Ocala FL 32672 (904) 687-4633. Inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1, Microdyne is the only known source that can meet the government's minimum essential requirements for one each telemetry signal simulator. The simulator shall cover a minimum frequency range of 215 to 320 MhZ and 1435 to 2400 Mhz. Output power shall be adjustable from minus 130dbm to plus 20 dbm and provide modulation formats of AM, FM, PCM/FM, PM, PCM/PM and BPSK. The PCM modulation rate shall cover from 10bps to 10Mbps of better. The simulator shall provide a dual channel, multipath fade simulation capability for use in combined diversity testing. The simulator shall mount in a standard 19 inch wide by 24 inch deep equipment rack. Telemetry Signal Simulator, Microdyne Corp p/n TSS-2000. Required delivery is 180 ARO.
