The Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation is soliciting bids to replace or level distorted pavers along Penn. Ave between 3rd and 13th Streets, NW, Washington, DC. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools and materials (except pavers). The contractor shall replace approximately 3,000 to 4,000 pavers that will be furnished by PADC. Bids will be based on unit cost for a daily crew of 2 brick layers, 1 laborer with a pick-up truck and small tools. Plans and specs will be available on or about Mar 27, 1995.
