The work of this project consists of rehabilitation of Kirk Street Agents House, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. Work includes wall and ceiling insulation, elevator installation, drywall and plaster finishes, ceramic tile finishes, acoustical tile, wood trim repair and replacement installation of doors and frames, repair of pocket shutters, fabrication and installation of windows and frames, interior and exterior painting, carpeting, restoration of wood staircases and repairs to exterior wood siding, metal gutters and slate and metal roof repairs.
