The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to complete repairs to Pier 12. The work is divided into two parts requiring coordination. Part A includes repair of cracked and spalled concrete, including the underside of the deck and traffic areas on the deck, pile cap beams, utility mounds, other concrete surfaces, and incidental related work. Part B work includes the demolition of the existing 4'' and 10'' fresh water system including service manifolds and incidental related work. Estimated range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is 287 calendar days.
