Pre-Solicitation Notice: The proposed work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to replace the existing overhead electrical distribution system on San Nicolas Island with a new underground distribution system, including underground duct system, hand holds, conductors, splices, 4-way switches, transformers, and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1731; the small business size standard is $7.0M. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $750,000 and $2,000,000. Anticipated performance time is 210 calendar days. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be available on or about 15 May 1995, intil supply is exhausted. The proposed solicitation listed here is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns only.
