The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to solicit bids for the construction of a new headquarters building at the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Sussex County, Delaware. Work includes all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to construct a new Headquarters Building consisting of office areas and visitor contact station, approximately 4,000 square foot, one-story pre-engineered, wood framed structure. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a April 28, 1995.
