The Contractor shall provide the technical support necessary to perform an analytical inspection/analysis during the teardowns of 12 each Allison model T703-AD-700A engines based on hot section factor counts (HFCs) and/or time between overhaul (TBO). The inspections shall consist of dimensional checks, aerodynamic flow checks, and nondestructive testing of appropriate parts. The intended source is Allison Engine Company, Indianapolis, IN--All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Authority and justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
