proposals on one or more of the following topics: (1) Effects of
Pensions and Health Benefits on Wealth and Income Distributions, (2)
How are Participants Investing the Assets in Participant-Directed
Individual Account Pension Plans?, (3) How well are 401(k) plans
Serving the needs of Participants and Beneficiaries?, (4) What is the
Rank Ordering of Benefit Preferences of Workers and Employers?, and (5)
How Large are Pension Benefit Losses Due to Job Change and Unemployment
of Participants in Multiemployer Plans? Multiple awards are
anticipated. The period of performance is anticipated to be one year.
Proposals are anticipated to be due fifty days after the date of
issuance of the solicitation (RFP L/A 95-09). The Department will
consider requests from all responsible sources, but only written
