The U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA) has a need for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract for studies and analyses of issues relating to Analytical and Verification Support of Strategic and Theater Nuclear Forces. The areas of support include four Research Categories: (1) Verification Methodology and Compliance Assessment; (2) Analysis of Strategic and Theater Nuclear Weapons and Delivery Systems; (3) Red Team Analysis of Strategic and Theater Nuclear Weapon and Delivery System Treaties; and (4) Country and Regiona Studies Related to Strategic and Theater Nuclear Weapons and Delivery Systems. The estimated performance period for the proposed contract will be for one base year and four additional one year option periods which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The minimum number of hours for the first order will be 250 hours. The maximum number of hours for the period of the contract, provided all option years are exercised, will be 17,500 hours. Offerors must have current DOD facility and personnel clearances and safeguarding capability at the TOP SECRET level of security classification. All requests for RFP 95-04 must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. ACDA anticipates RFP 95-04 will be issued on or about May 1, 1995. Closing date will be 30 days after issuance of RFP 95-04.
