The Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake, CA is seeking sources with capabilities in aerial photogrammetry, and/or multi-spectrum sensors, and/or related imagery postprocessing and information extraction. A Geographical Information System (GIS) at NAWS China Lake has recently been installed to support multiple users. In meeting GIS database population and maintenance needs for over one million acres of the NAWS test ranges, cost effective techniques and innovative approaches to collect and process appropriate imagery to populate GIS theme layers and imagery databases are required. Accordingly, sources are sought to provide future technology and services to augment existing contracts and on site NAWS and Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, CA capabilities and expertise.
