months study, sponsored by Rehabilitation Services Administration, will
encompass seven Choice demonstration grantees who are testing a variety
of strategies intended to increase client choice in their selection of:
vocational goals and objectives, services, and providers of those
services. The study will evaluate the projects': services provided,
clients served, client outcomes, implementation issues, cost
effectiveness and effects of increased choice on clients and service
providers. The study will seek to identify features in the Choice
projects that could profitably be replaicated by State Vocational
Rehabilitation agencies that provide services under Title 1 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Requests for copies of the RFP may be made
