Perform on-site single family field review of appraisals on an as-needed basis for the HUD Milwaukee, Wisconsin Office for one year from the date of award, with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The Contractor shall be a State certified appraiser. The reviews will examine the accuracy and quality of FHA appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of the properties. One contract will cover geographic area within the jurisdiction of the Milwaukee HUD Office. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews.
