NOTE II: Contractor personnel must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Classification. NOTE III: Funds are not presently available for this project. Work consists of furinishing all support required for operations and maintenance of Fort Ritchie, Site C, and Site D, MD, Site R, PA, and US Army Reserve Centers Westminster, Hagerstown, and Cumberland, MD, and Romney and Martinsburg, WV. Work to include: maintenance and repair of buildings and structures; grounds (improved and unimproved), lakes and surfaced areas; forestry, fish and wildlife services; custodial services; refuse collection and disposal; recycling program; water plants and systems; sewage collection and systems; special services; housing operations; and food service equipment maintenance and repairs. Contract duration shall consist of a Base Year with the possibility of four Option Years. Requests for this project must be in writing, contain the $50.00 fee, and must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors List or are otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
