The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, Ca intends to procure through full and open competition, Two High Power TR Limiters ( one low band and one high band) to be used in military ground-based electronics system, with four-port circulators to provide the system duplexer function. Two band widths are required: One TR-limiter shall be in 2050 MHz to 2225 MGz power band with 2080 MHz to 2210 Mhz phase band; theother is for 2340 MHz to 2545 MHz power band with 2350 MHz to 2535 MHz phase band. Insertion loss hall be 1.0 dB maximum across power band. Input Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) shall be 1.4:1 maximum across power band when terminated into a matched load with VSWR of 1.05 or beter, any phase. The maximum deviation from the theoretically linear curve shall be less than 0.5 degrees in any 10 MHz increment across the phase band.
