Direct conversion of Directorate of Logistics Supply Div. Operation. Contractor shall operate the POL Tank Farm on Custer Hill and the Aircraft Refueling operation at Marshall Army Air Field to include furnishing all supervision, labor and equipment not provided by the Government to receive bulk fuel from suppliers, issue fuel, maintain records, monitor issue and stockage requirements and account for fuel and lubricants, refuel and defuel Aircraft. Contractor shall deliver fuel to the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) from the Custer Hill Tank Farm. Directorate of Contracting anticipates issuing a request for sealed bids on or about 11 May 95 with bid opening on or about 11 June 95. The solicitation will include a 30 day phase-in period of 1 Sept 95 through 30 Sep 95. Base year will be 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 with three (3) option years.
