SERVICE: The Contracting Division for the SW Area, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), intends to contract for Real Estate Closing Services for single family acquired properties (one- to four-units) located in the state of New Mexico. Qualification requirements to perform the services include, but are not limited to, the ability to perform the required services for single family real estate closings. Recipient must demonstrate familiarity with State statute and laws of the contract area. Recipient must have, or be willing to establish no later than 20 days after acceptance of award, at least one acceptable office located within a 35-mile radius of the HUD office located at 625 Truman St., NE, Albuquerque, NM.
