Miller, 303/966-7411 This modification corrects the original Solicitation Number of DE-RP34-95RF00053 to DE-RP34-95RF01053, extends the response date to May 1, 1995, changes the Contact Point to Ralph J. Riccio, and provides changes in the system requirements as follows. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the Department of Energy (DOE) / Rocky Flats Field Office (RFFO) with software and other associated support services for implementation of an automated multi-rater (360 degree feedback) performance appraisal system. The RFFO has decided to implement a 360 degree feedback system for federal employees in FY95. It is anticipated that a pilot will be conducted to test a 360 degree performance appraisal system at RFFO and to facilitate overall implementation. The contractor must be capable of providing the following system requirements to include: (1) a performance appraisal software application compliant with functional requirements identified in the sections ''Functional Requirements'' and ''Other Functional Requirements'' below, (2) a site license agreement for software to assure indefinite use, (3) complete system installation / testing and operator / administrator training, (4) current system documentation and manuals, (5) annual system / software maintenance, and related documentation, (6) telephone follow-up support for system operator / administrator, (7) 360 degree feedback process training, (8) advisory and consulting services in the areas of 360 degree feedback theory and practice, and its implementation at the RFFO, (9) follow-up evaluation(s) of the 360 degree system / process, and (10) the administration and management of a pilot program.
