This solicitation DOES include a supplemental package which will be sent to offerors who provide written address information to the contract negotiator, Michael Richman, FAX (703) 325-9295. Note: if your company has provided address information in response to the synopsis, a second submission is NOT necessary. The Contract Data Requirements List (DD1423) will be provided in the Supplemental Package. A cost plus fixed fee level-of-effort (CPFF/LOE) type contract is contemplated with an estimated LOE of 2.5 man-years per year for the duration of the contract. Period of performance will include a thirty-six (36) month basic effort plus two additional twelve (12) month options. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1. Technical/Management and Cost proposals must be received by Headquarters, Defense Nuclear Agency, Attn: Michael Richman - AM2, 6801 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22310-3398 no later than 1600 hours local time, on 25 April 1995. The original plus six (6) copies of the Technical/ Management proposal and the original plus two (2) copies of the Cost proposal must be provided. The Technical/Management and Cost proposals are each limited to 40 pages. Multiple awards are not contemplated. All contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of SECRET (the synopsis in the 10 March 1995 issue of the CBD incorrectly indicated a need for TOP SECRET clearances). The DD254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be included in the supplemental package.
