This is a correction to synopsis published 13 Mar 95. Furnish all plant equipment, materials, labor and transportation to perform completely all operations to Construct tank pads to include: construct foundations and paving, furnish and install pumps, piping, motors, lights, electrical equipment and wiring and install tanks at Altus Air Force Base OK. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition will be a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside if two or more responsible Small Disadvantaged Businesses intend to bid. Small Disadvantaged Businesses intending to bid must notify the 97th Contracting Squadron/LGCC not later than fifteen days after initial publication of this synopsis of their desire to bid, stating that they are Small Disadvantaged Businesses, provide at least three previous significant contract performance references, and at least one financial reference (bank, bank account number and point of contact). Telephone and/or FAX numbers of references are required. References will be used to determine whether a Small Disadvantaged Business is responsible. No further notice of set-aside status will be provided other than as indicated in the Solicitation when it is issued. Solicitations will be issued on or about 3 Apr 95 with a bid opening date on or about 3 May 95. Performance period for the proposed contract will be 161 calendar days.
