Passenger air charter services utilizing contractor-furnished, IFR-equipped, multi-engine aircraft with a minimum capacity for six passengers with baggage/cargo or any combination thereof of 1500 pounds. Aircraft must be equipped with an adequate tie-down or restraint system for cargo. Pilot and copilot are required on each flight. Flights will normally originate and terminate at Outlaw Airfield TN (Campbell Army Airfield, Ft Campbell, KY) or Ft Benning GA. All services shall be performed within CONUS and normally flights will be to Ft Bragg NC and Washington DC. Estimated 162,000 Great Circle Statute Miles. This requirement is for a 12 month performance period beginning 1 October 1995 with two one year option periods and includes a ``not to exceed'' 6 month performance extension as authorized by FAR 52.217-18.
